Cancellation Policy

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

1. HOW TO CANCEL

Send a clear cancellation statement to service@homviro.co.uk or our postal address below. Include enough information to identify your purchase.

Contact us promptly if you want to stop dispatch. Dispatch does not remove applicable cancellation rights, and cancellation does not depend on approval.

2. CANCELLATION PERIOD

For eligible online goods, you may cancel without giving a reason from ordering until 14 calendar days after the day you receive the goods.

For goods from one order delivered separately, this generally runs from receipt of the final item.

Notify us before the cancellation deadline and send goods back within 14 calendar days after notification.

3. FREE UK RETURNS

We provide a free return label to a UK address, including for eligible change-of-mind cancellations.

Use the address on the label and retain proof of posting. A delay caused by us in supplying the label will not reduce your statutory rights.

Our business address is not necessarily the return-processing address.

4. INSPECTION AND REFUNDS

You may inspect goods as you reasonably would in a shop. Where legally permitted, diminished value caused by unnecessary handling may be deducted. Original packaging is not an absolute condition of statutory cancellation.

Refunds are issued without undue delay using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Where you send goods back and we have not offered collection, reimbursement is due within 14 calendar days after we receive the goods or evidence of return, whichever happens first. We may withhold reimbursement until that earlier event.

Where the withholding rule does not apply, reimbursement is due within 14 calendar days after notification of cancellation.

For a whole-order statutory cancellation, we refund the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Additional premium-delivery amounts need not be refunded. No refund or restocking fee is charged.

5. OTHER RETURN RIGHTS

Our voluntary offer allows you to notify us of a return within 30 calendar days after delivery, then send goods back within 14 calendar days after notification. See our Refund Policy for conditions.

Faulty-goods rights are separate and are not limited to this voluntary period. Discounted goods retain statutory rights.
